About this apartment rental
Master king bed all new paint in the entire unit master has a brand new shower enclosure glass doors renocated master bathroom
Bedding: 1 king, 2 queens, and 2 twins
Brand new flooring on the first floor 11/2020
Loft unit in elevator building this unit occupies the top two floors of the building. Unit is in one of the beach villa buildings with an elevator
Bathrooms: 2 of the bathrooms have tubs and corian counters one has a large shower all are updated with glass doors not shower curtains.
This is an end unit so it has extra light, more quiet location and has views out to the gulf, beach and lagoon (since it is an end unit)
One of the showers is a custom designed oversized shower and has a granite sink area.
I provide all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and cooler for the beach. Pool chairs and tables are provided at the pool as well as BBQ gas at the 3 grilling locations. I do not guarantee the umbrellas people break them
MAX 8 persons with one child on the sofa if needed or a child in a pack and play
YOU CAN USE THE FOLLOWING:
3 condo pools 3 BBQ areas All pool chairs, loungers and tables at the 3 condo pools since I own in all associations Courts are pay for play just as you would at the resort but ask to make sure not under maintenance if interested I do not guarantee them. Rates subject to change by the resort 5. All my beach items to include chairs(6 total) beach towels (one per person on the reservation) the umbrellas are not guaranteed . You can rent bikes, golf carts and other items of interest with local providers that are less expensive than you would pay with the resort You can walk to starbucks in the AM very easily as well as other restaurants and
Elevators are functional but I make no guarantees as if they will be working during your stay due to the fact they are mechanical items I will not do refunds if elevator decides not to work during your stay
Make sure to get travel insurance I strictly enforce the cancellation policy

GREAT condo/villa! FANTASTIC beach view, just a few steps to the beach! Beach is clean, well-mainatined, white sand & clear water. You can see porpoises frolic on occasion. I saw a pod of baby stingrays, lovely & harmless.The AC was great. Beds were comfortable and lots of extra linens. Lots of beach towels & beach chairs. Boogie boards, beach umbrellas & sand toys. Kitchen is well stocked with pans/pots, coffeemaker. Great parking. Easy entry and easy checkin process. I highly recommend this property. It is as described online. The hostes is very responsive to emails.Great restaurants within 5 minutes is: Key Lime Bistro with greta key lime pie & cheesecakes. and the Bubble Room with great cakes.

Property was okay and enough room for our family of 7. Would have been nice to have the option to know about and or purchase access to the amenities. Workout facilities and water park area. Also would have been nice to have laundry baskets available and/or cart of some type to haul dirty laundry and groceries/luggage since this is 3rd floor unit. We enjoyed our family vacation.

Community, location, view, ideal. What was unpleasant, very uncomfortable was the mold in the master bedroom and the second bedroom, the dirty kitchen stools and the worn living room set. The mold in the master bedroom's ceiling looked old, very visible above the master bed around the AC vent. The apartment needs just a little more attention, better maintenance and cleaning.
