**Lollipop is considered a value property which means great location, and a good interior but some worn fixtures and some worn exterior**
Lollipop is the perfect Captiva vacation home. Central to Captiva Village this three-bedroom three and ½ bath pool home offers the perfect escape for a relaxing vacation. There are so many great features to this home, cathedral ceilings, a screened-in porch, an updated modern kitchen, a pool and spa, and multiple decks. A short three-minute stroll down sandy Laika Lane and you will be on the world-renowned beaches of Captiva. The master suite features a comfortable king-size bed and a large shower in the master bathroom. The first large guest room features ample space a comfortable queen bed and ba athroom in the hallway. The second guest room has a double bed and ample closet space. A day bed off of the living room with a trundle is a comfortable space for your guests. The third full bathroom is located off of the dining area on this main floor. Relax by the pool, walk to the beach, walk to restaurants and marinas. The perfect location for the perfect vacation.

The house was perfect, the pool was very clean and an added benefit! Location to beach and nearby restaurants was great. Grill was in good working condition! Outdoor furniture not as plentiful and 2 pieces were broken, but made it work! Nice outdoor shower and area to rinse feet, had beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella for use. Nice coffee maker/ Keurig combo. Kitchen well stocked.

Wonderful, charming, beautiful property. And, what a stellar location!!!Also, wonderfully attentive Kingfisher staff! My only recommendation would be to consider additional/extra laundry and dishwasher cleaning supplies based on rental time frame and if renter has kids. The house was perfectly appointed for kids and was the perfect house to be with my two kids and my best friend and her daughter. Wonderful memories were made!In the family rm, on the bookshelf to the left of the TV, my son made a sticker by number picture and we left some shells we found.

Lollipop was exactly as described. The place was spotless when we arrived. We had a few glitches with internet connection and the pool and they were addressed by the management company Kingfisher very quickly. The pool was great when we returned from our beach day. The balconies were a delightful place to sit in the morning and the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

The Lollipop House is a nice house, however; it was not well maintained. The pool was dirty the whole time we occupied it. Upon arrival, the pool deck and patio furniture were covered in dirt. The pool still had green mold around the coping when we left. I had to fill the pool/ hot tub up with the hose so the waterfall actually worked. The entire house needed to be pressure washed and the landscape cut back. The front entry was filthy and because of the overgrown landscape, we were constantly attacked by mosquitos upon entry and exit. The grill was a rust bucket. The patio door was laying on the ground off its hinges. The back deck was covered in green slime. There were dead cockroaches in the house...and live ones throughout the week. The lights in the master bath were dim and needed to be replaced.
The management company (Kingfisher) was attentive and replaced the grill, pressure washed the deck, sent the cleaners to the house again (the cleaners still didn't wipe the kitchen table). Then they replaced the lights in the master bath. But we shouldn't have to arrive at a property in this shape and ask for it to be corrected.
