About this house rental
The solid-construction house sits on its own lot with a south-facing terrace and ample lawn space. The lawn area behind the house is shielded from prying eyes by landscaping. There are only two neighboring houses. A free parking space is located right next to the house. Garden furniture and two sun loungers with cushions are available. A small children’s playground is visible from the living room window. A bike rack is located in front of the front door. The patio area is covered. There is a small storage shed on the outside of the property. There is a garden shed on the property. Half of it is reserved exclusively for our guests. There, you can safely store and lock away bicycles or handcarts.
The spacious living and dining area is located on the first floor. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen. It includes a dishwasher, a stove with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a coffee maker. Pots, cutlery, and dishes are also provided.
An LCD TV with cable TV (+ a selection of Sky channels), a DVD player, a radio, and a telephone are available in the living room. A wood-burning stove invites you to relax. Firewood can be purchased at local stores. A high chair is available in the dining area. The bathroom is bright and cheerful and has a window that lets in natural light. A washing machine is available in the bathroom for doing “light laundry.”
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms for four people: a master bedroom with a double bed and a children’s room with two single beds. A built-in wardrobe is located in the hallway. The bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
