Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, nett und ansprechend eingerichtet, sehr ruhig.
An manchen Stellen könnte man etwas nachbessern, der Abfluss in der Küchenspüle funktionierte nicht mehr richtig, etwas Farbauffrischung würde manchen Wandstellen gut tun, klasse wären ein paar Haken im Schlafzimmer und Bad. TV im Schlafzimmer wäre gut. Und ein Wasserschlauch/Fußdusche vor dem Haus wäre schön, so wurde ziemlich viel Dreck in den Hausflur getragen der innerhalb von 5 Tagen nicht beseitigt wurde.
