About this house rental
The house is located in a park-like setting directly behind the dike in the “Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park.” The “Strandvogt” model is a brick-built Frisian house that blends perfectly into the landscape.
The first floor features a tiled living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, stereo, telephone, free high-speed Wi-Fi via fiber-optic cable, a sofa set, and a cozy dining area. Modern lamps, pictures, and curtains create a cozy atmosphere. A high chair, a children’s dresser, games, and plenty of books are available for the children.
Adjacent to this is a functionally equipped built-in kitchen. It features a stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop and oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Also included are all standard kitchen and baking appliances, such as a coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, hand mixer, plenty of dishes, glasses, and cutlery, as well as baking sheets and baking pans.
The bathroom is also on the first floor and features a shower, sink, toilet, towel warmer, and a mirror cabinet with a cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer.
The upper floor, which has laminate flooring, features two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a double bed, TV, nightstands, a clock radio, and two built-in closets; the children’s room has two single beds, nightstands, and a dresser with drawers. A foldable crib is stored in the built-in closet above the stairs.
The utility room next to the front door contains the washing machine, as well as a clothes drying rack, ironing board, and iron. A grill, fire extinguisher, and cleaning supplies—including a vacuum cleaner—are also stored here

The covered patio with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs offers plenty of space; the property is approximately 450 square meters in size. A parking space is available in the immediate vicinity.
