A bathroom with a shower and a washing machine is available on the first floor, and there is an additional restroom on the upper floor.
There is one bedroom upstairs with a double bed and TV, as well as a second bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a single bed. A travel crib and high chair are available in the house. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, powered by a photovoltaic system to make the property climate-neutral.
