About this house rental
In the popular coastal town of Dorum-Neufeld, our comfortable, family-friendly, and fully furnished vacation home in a quiet, out-of-the-way location offers plenty of relaxation and can accommodate up to 6 people. The ocean, the spa center with a swimming pool, the fishing harbor with dining options, various restaurants, a bakery, and a bike rental shop are all just a few minutes’ walk away.
On the first floor of the house is a bathroom with natural light, a walk-in shower, and a washing machine. Directly across from it is a bedroom with a double bed.
Also on the first floor is the open-concept living and dining area with access to the terrace, as well as the fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, toaster, electric kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
A large flat-screen TV with free SKY TV is mounted on the wall in the living room. A wood-burning stove invites you to relax and enjoy cozy moments.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms. One has two single beds, and the other has a double bed and another TV. There is also a second restroom on the upper floor with a hot-water sink and a small heated towel rack.
High-speed internet (Wi-Fi) is provided via a fiber-optic connection and, like all utility costs (heating, electricity, water, and telephone), is already included in the rent.
All bedrooms are equipped with allergy-friendly vinyl flooring. A crib, high chair, and stair gate are available.
The newly built and very quiet terrace is perfect for cozy get-togethers. Sturdy seating and lounge chairs with cushions, a large garden table, and a grill are provided for this purpose.
The patio door, as well as the bathroom and bedroom windows on the first floor, are equipped with fixed fly screens.
You can store your bicycles in the lockable garden shed. A handcart is available for your children to use when visiting the beach
