About this house rental
Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom Lakeport retreat. This fabulous “Mad Men” decorated home offers plenty of space with 2 full beds, 2 queen beds, and a sofa bed plus air mattress to accommodate your guests comfortably. Two bathrooms feature both a shower and a bathtub and full laundry facilities, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. All new appliances and fully renovated and restored inside and out, on several acres of privacy. The serene atmosphere invites guests to unwind and enjoy peaceful mornings or cozy evenings on the deck. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this tremendous home provides a welcoming setting for your stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.
This home sits just a mile outside of downtown Lakeport on 2 acres of land with no immediate neighbors but easy access off the main road. Many new renovations including all new vinyl tile flooring, 12” gel mattresses and beds, fixtures, appliances, interior and exterior paint, lighting, and landscaping. Many MCM decorative original items including a Magnavox radio / record console.
Pets welcome (with prior approval) and will enjoy our fully fenced 1/4 acre play yard and dog houses. Must be crated and attended to indoors at all times. May be left outside unattended in fully fenced areas with dog shelter housing. Please no pets on the furniture and no indoor grooming. Some supplies available including crates and beds upon request.
