Newly renovated home nestled above the lake on 1.5 acres with sprawling views of the lake & mountain from every window in the house. Main house is a 1 bedroom single family home with an office w/Daybed. Excellent for romantic get away for 2, family of 3 or couple of fishing buddies.

walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery store & just few blocks from boat ramp & water. Plenty of space to park a couple boats with electrical outlets. Boat dock is just a few minutes away..

The house was great for 2 people and the inside was decorated wonderful. the view was good looking over towards the lake. the house is fully equipped. only minutes away from thew main town, casino, lake, and wineries

Did not live up to our expectations. Sheets smelled dirty and when trying to wash 1 set of sheets the washing machine wept giving errors stating there was insufficient water to continue the wash. After contacting the owner just to inform her of the washing machine issue (thinking she may not be aware and I would want to know if it were my property), she proceeded to rudely “yell” through text saying “those sheets were clean!!” And told me I must have over stuffed the washing machine with the one set of sheets (as though it were my fault her machine didn’t work) but right after said she already had plans to replace the washing machine next week. Didn’t make a lot of sense but whatever. She also told me that there was a second bedroom I could have slept in rather than the couch that I ended up sleeping on which didn’t make sense either since that door was locked by the owner prior to arriving. My plan was to just inform her and leave it at that as I dont usually write reviews but the more I thought about it the more I felt like her exclamation mark yelling was uncalled for and didn’t appreciate her blame gaming. She acted like I was expecting something back from her so she automatically went on the defensive but I never asked or wanted a refund or apology even though we left a day early.

This place was GREAT!! Quiet, private, and amazing views. The sunrises over the mountains and lake were beautiful to wake up to each morning. The interior decor was impeccable and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there for our use. We’re so glad we chose this place versus a hotel. Laura was a great host, and quickly responded to any questions. She also had great recommendations for things to see and do. We will definitely book this place again the next time we are in the area.

Really nice relaxing house. Views are spectacular, good location close to town and regionally 2 hours or less away from great destinations like the redwoods, San Fran, Napa. Property owner has put a ton of work into interior of house, and you can see a landscaping plan coming together outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. First off, the host was friendly and responsive to all questions; she also had great recommendations for food and fun. The place is situated at the top of a hill that provides a fantastic view of the lake and mountains; the sunrises were spectular with brilliant colors across the sky and the lake. The place attracted birds of all sorts to include an eagle in the tree near the deck - truly amazing. The location offered easy access to the down town park, tasty restaurants, and wonderful wine.
