A 50's motel with a nice view and great staff

The host went out of his way to see we had what we needed as we had to stay at the hotel because of a snow storm and we couldn't get home.

Outdated hotel.

Location

Can hear everything from other rooms. A/c doesn’t work properly. And stairs are steep and dangerous. Someone is going to fall . They need to remodel this place is outdated. Light in sink area didn’t work. I ended up with a headache instead of resting.

The pictures are very deceptive. The room wasn't clean and the springs in the bed almost went thru my leg. We didn't even stay I left the keys with the clerk. They had a sign that read nit to turn the outside light on until after you got in the room because the flies may follow you into the room. We left and went to a real hotel.

Do not stay here! False advertising.

The weather and you can see the lake from the property.

The pool was empty, full of debris and unusable, boat ramp unsafe, long-term tenants, homeless living in a van on property, air conditioning leaking freon, people drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot at night, the room door was hung wrong and had gaps and no lake access.

A friendly, clean, quiet hotel with lakeviews!

Regency Inn was a perfect location. You could walk across the street to Rene’s Cafe for breakfast. We could walk to Library Park to watch the fireworks. We enjoyed renting a Tahoe from Disney boat rentals and explore the beautiful fresh water lake! The owner operators are super nice. The King Bed was very comfortable and the best part about my stay were the comfy pillows! The facilities are clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back. Thank you Bob.

Worst bed ever … felt like I was sleeping on lead. Lukewarm shower, thin towels. Clean and good TV reception

No breakfast served.

Bathroom light didn't work. Electrical outlets in bathroom didn't work. Went to check out with key given for room and office was closed. Had to go back to room and leave key there.

A pleasant surprise

Check in was smooth and easy.the beds were very comfortable! The shower/tub is good sized. Bathroom was very clean. Plentiful tv channels. Strong and fast wifi.

It was just okay

It was close to the appointment I had the following day. Nothing happened to me or my vehicle during the night. I did not see any insects in the room. Nobody bothered me.

That I had to ask someone at the front desk to unlock the icemaker so I could get ice. The room was very dated and a bit musty.

Price for room not a good value.

it was on the lake

it was a bit run down. I was charged for 4 rooms when I only booked two. I booked online thru Booking.com but was told I also booked the same rooms on Expedia. I didn’t and Expedia has no record of the reservations. Ended up having to pay for one of the 2 rooms that I didn’t book or need! was told it was my fault, when clearly I only booked thru one service.

A few dollars more, the next hotel (Skylark Shores)300 feet away, a better deal.

Good location

TV didn't work. Deadbolt only worked from the inside. The key didn't fit from the outside. The ice machine was locked.

Nothing to complain about. I wasn't expecting Four Seasons, so if you have higher expectations, maybe pay 2-300 more a night. Worked great for my needs and would stay again.

We were shocked when we pulled up considering the cost of the rooms.

The location was right

The building was run down. The room door barely closed. The light was out over the sink. The room was crowded with a bed pushed up against the AC unit.

The staff and other guest were nice and friendly people.

The beds need too be upgraded! The box springs were dirty! But there was no need bugs and that is always a plus!
