Business which was for two full nights.

The maid service was outstanding. The lady cleaned the room for us and did not rush us to get out on our second day. We stayed at the hotel as we were providing services to a association in Lake Port. The maid made the trip amazing.

The floor was not clean when I arrived. I told the maid about it and the made cleaned the floor when she fixed up the room. This is one hotel the maid service spoke English and knew the area as well as was extremely kind and helpful.

Roaches and mold, very unclean.

The only thing that was okay was that the bed is comfortable

It’s not clean. There’s cockroaches , mold in the bathroom, there’s dirt and dust in refrigerator. It’s very unclean here I would recommend any other hotel in the area.

A beautiful view

There was garbage in the bathroom, dirty towels on the bathroom counter one couch cushion was missing and one of the table legs to the table was broken and laying on the floor and electrical outlet had a broken piece and that was on the floor there was hair on the sheets so we were unable to sleep in the bed. Unfortunately that was the only hotel in the entire town that had a room available and we were unable to continue our trip

I will not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the unsanitary unsafe conditions.

The only positive comment I can make regarding this property is its location to the lake. It is right on the lake, which is great for activity opportunities.

The room (206) I was assigned was extremely unsanitary. Very, very dirty and evidence of blood and drug use on all surfaces, countertops, bedding. This room was not cleaned prior to my stay, so there was trash in all corners of the unit and used towels in the bathroom. Mattresses and bedding had blood and or fecal matter marks all over.

Its rough but a decent value

The room was dirty when we got there. It definitely wasn’t cleaned after the last person stayed in the room. Several MCDonalds bags and wrappers around the room. Many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. We did fix a couple because the breaker had been tripped. No hot water what so ever. Water was freezing cold when we had to take showers.

Left my keys in my room and staff made sure they were mines, by making me describe the keys! And held them there till I returned at night! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE COMFORT STAY!

we only stayed a short time but it was a nice stay for sure,

it was nice to be in town, close to restaurants and the park , were my kinds played and hung out all day, their was a lot too do in town for sure , the lake was nice and we did some fishing as the kids played at the park

i really didnt stay their long enough too not like anything, the room was big really roomy the kids loved it next time ill need to stay a little longer so we can in joy the park more, again i wasnt their long enough not to like anything

Don't let the location fool you - Filthy Dirty, Not worth the price

The location is awesome. It is right on the lake. Besides that there is nothing good about this place.

It took 4 different keys to get one that actually worked (4 different trips back and forth from the front desk). Walking up the stair case there was barf on the walls. Outside of my room there was other guest smoking cigarettes all night. When I checked into the room it was filthy dirty. Bathroom: All the towels were folded but dirty, the shower had hairs and old razor caps in it still, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The toilet was gross, dirty and not clean. Only 1/4 of a toliet paper roll with no back up. The towel racks had rust all over them which was on the towels. The sink had no water pressure. The bathroom door had a big patched up hole. Needless to say I didn't use the shower or toilet my whole stay b/k everything was dirty. Room: The closest area had old cigarette butts in it and the iron/ironing board looked like it was just thrown in. The work desk, chair and walls were all dirty. Couldn't set down my luggage anywhere that looked clean. Beds: The beds were made but all the pillows and sheets had stains on them. I found one side of one pillow without a stain or hair and put my head on that side. I check in late after just driving for 4 hours so I was to tiered to go complain. Just covered up my head in my sweatshirt and crawled in bed. I was out of there first thing in the am and never looked back.
