    Its the kind of capsule hotel that will give you enough room to move around while seated. You can even have an online meeting without being uncomfortable showing your face. There's elevator so you wont feel exhausted carrying your luggages around. The staff are courteous. Its known by taxi drivers from the airport.

    Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The TV and remote were not working, and the Wi-Fi was not working throughout my entire stay. There was also no elevator, which made things more difficult. The toilet in my room was leaking. I reported the issue, but no action was taken. I was eventually transferred to another room, but I had to carry all my belongings myself, which was very inconvenient. There was also no housekeeping service provided for the entire duration of my stay. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, maintenance, and housekeeping made my stay uncomfortable. I expected much better service and responsiveness from the hotel.

    The location is very convenient with easy walkability to nearby spots, which is definite plus. However, the cleanliness and facilities fell short of expectations, the floor is has a black dust like charcoal like color, the aircon swing is not functioning the air is focus on only 1 direction and lack of hot water was disappointing. While the staff were somewhat helpful, the overall experience didn't fully match the value i paid for the room. I expected a clean room since i travelled with my kids.
