    comfortable to stay if you have appointment with davao doctors this the convenient place to stay. Near the city hall and other government offices. Need for more improvements after all its a nice place to stay

    the hotel is in good location and a great choice for an overnight stay. just needs a little improvement/ renovation due to wear and tear of the building.

    Old, run down hotel with little to no facilities. 500 peso deposit at check in. No elevator so carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was a pain. The room was dark with old furniture and the mattress on the bed had a life of its own, sliding to the edge every time you sat on it. No soundproofing so it was very noisy all night. The towels were old and gray, the body wash and shampoo in the bathroom looked like they hadn’t been changed for years (avoid). No safe in the room, no fridge or kettle. We were even charged 25 pesos for a thermos of hot water so we could make instant coffee, drunk out of small glasses as there were no cups. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night.
