About this house rental
The bright and spacious living/dining/kitchen area forms the heart of the “Ferienhaus Wiesenpieper.” From here, you have direct access to the large southwest-facing terrace (25 square meters) and the beautiful garden. The whole family feels right at home here. The wooden ceilings and large, floor-to-ceiling windows create a pleasant living atmosphere.
On cold days, a stove provides cozy warmth in addition to modern gas central heating. For your evening entertainment or when the weather is bad, a large 40-inch flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs are available. A compact stereo system with Bluetooth and an USB port ensures you can access your favorite music on your tablet or smartphone at any time. A selection of CDs is also available. In addition, you can use the existing phone line free of charge (to German landlines). Since March 2023, our house has had a modern and very fast fiber-optic connection! This means nothing stands in the way of working smoothly from the vacation home, if needed.
High-quality sofas with spring-core upholstery ensure optimal seating comfort. The windows, as well as the skylights, are equipped with fly screens and pleated blinds that can be opened or closed as needed.
The cozy dining area, featuring a table, four chairs, and a bench (solid beech), offers plenty of space for the whole family. Here you can start your day in peace with a hearty breakfast. A high chair is available for our younger guests upon request. Additional high chairs can be borrowed. Please specify when booking.
Of course, two stair gates, safety covers on all electrical outlets in the house, and smoke detectors are also provided.
The modern kitchen is equipped to today’s standards with everything you need to prepare your morning breakfast, a hot meal for lunch or dinner, or to host a summer barbecue (including stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, range hood, microwave, and built-in plastic sink, coffee maker, a Cafissimo capsule machine from Tchibo, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker). Dishes, silverware, pots, and everything else you might need are provided in matching sets, in sufficient quantities, and of good quality (Silit pots, WMF silverware). There are also 2 bowls available for your four-legged friends.
The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a high-quality double bed (180 x 200 cm) made of solid beech, featuring height-adjustable 5-reflex-zone slatted frames and mattresses. The comfortable height of approximately 45 cm ensures a healthy and ideal way to get out of bed after a restful night’s sleep. Two nightstands with reading lamps and a small flat-screen TV round out the room. A wardrobe offers plenty of space for your personal belongings.
The first bedroom on the upper floor also features a solid beech wood bed (180 x 200 cm), 5-reflex-zone slatted frames, and mattresses, as well as two nightstands with ample lighting. A wicker armchair and a small table complete the look. There is also room in this room for a travel crib.
The second bedroom has two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm (furnishings as described above). This room is also furnished with colorful furniture, various toys, and a portable CD player with an USB port, making it well-suited as a children’s room.
