The Hafenloge vacation rental is situated in a prime beachfront location, just one block from the Baltic Sea, right on Niendorf Harbor. Fresh rolls are available at the bakery around the corner, fish caught that very morning is sold directly from the fishing boat, and numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as a bike rental shop and a playground, are located in the immediate vicinity.
This unique penthouse spans two levels and is located on the second floor of a modern new building with only three residential units. With 130 square meters of living space, including 2 bedrooms, 2 separate bathrooms, and 2 living areas, 4 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation here. On the lower level, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, blackout pleated blinds, and a view of the Baltic Sea, a bathroom with a shower, as well as an open-concept living-dining area, a TV, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the ships coming and going—from fishing boats to motor yachts. Real wood floors and underfloor heating ensure a comfortable indoor climate. The very spacious rooftop terrace in front of the living area is furnished with a garden lounge and a dining area. Enjoy many hours of sunshine, the unique harbor atmosphere, and impressive sunsets with a glass of wine. In front of the dining area is another rooftop terrace with a bistro table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine with a view of the Baltic Sea while sipping your morning coffee. The second living level is accessible via a narrow, fairly steep space-saving staircase. Here you’ll find another living area with a fantastic view of the harbor and the second bedroom, which features a TV, a view of the Baltic Sea, and blackout pleated blinds, as well as a double bed (160x200) and another shower room.
