This stunning penthouse apartment is situated in a prime location at the quaint yacht and fishing harbor of Niendorf—just a stone’s throw from the beach. There’s always something going on here: fishing boats, sailboats, and the bustling maritime activity create a unique atmosphere. You can get fresh rolls at the bakery around the corner, fish caught that very morning straight from the boat, and the surrounding area offers numerous restaurants, cafés, the Niendorf Sailing School, a bike rental shop, and an adventure playground—all inviting you to linger.
The penthouse is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the rooms with natural light and create a pleasant, cozy atmosphere—ideal for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. A special highlight is the spacious, southwestern-facing rooftop terrace, which spans over 50 m². Here, you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the harbor—whether on the sun loungers, at the outdoor furniture, or in the shade of the electric awning. The open-concept living and dining area offers plenty of space for social gatherings. A wood-burning stove (wood not included) creates a cozy atmosphere, and the modern built-in kitchen with a cooking island is equipped with all essential appliances—perfect for those who enjoy cooking together. On the lower living level is one of the two stylish bathrooms with a shower and sink, as well as a sauna with a view of the greenery. The upper level features two separate bedrooms with double beds (180x200 and 140x200 plus a sleeper chair), blackout curtains, and a TV. The smaller bedroom boasts a fantastic view of the harbor. Another bathroom with a bathtub rounds out the amenities. With over 100 m² of space, the penthouse offers a wonderful retreat for 2–4 people, complete with the harbor’s unique atmosphere.
