Westside Vacation Home - Niendorf
Enjoy a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation with the whole family in the spacious Westside vacation home. This newly built home was completed in the spring of 2024. Book the adjacent Eastside vacation home as well for a vacation with friends or relatives, and receive a 10% discount on the rental price (this discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers).
Location
The Westside Vacation Home is located just about 200 meters from the charming Niendorf Harbor, where you can buy fresh fish daily straight from the fishing boat. The nearby bird sanctuary and the nature reserve around Hemmelsdorf Lake are perfect for long walks, where you can wonderfully explore the local flora and fauna.
Here, we offer a newly built vacation home for four guests, featuring 78 m² of living space with two separate bedrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and welcoming atmosphere all day long. The spacious seating area is perfect for socializing or relaxing in comfort. The stylish dining area offers plenty of space and is seamlessly integrated into the room; the large dining table is a great spot to gather at any time of day. The kitchen, with its chic cooking island, forms the heart of this modern vacation rental. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable double beds (1.80 and 1.40 wide), flat-screen TVs, dressers, and wardrobes. The large bathroom features a spacious Raindance shower and a towel rack. You can enjoy sunny hours on the terrace and in the garden; the entire house faces south.

Both the living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, two of which have smart TV functionality; of course, Wi-Fi is also available.
Design & Style
The shapes of the stylish furnishings are simple, the design is clean and straightforward, and the color scheme is cool and understated. Natural materials and plenty of wood have been used; soft shades of gray and brown create a calming atmosphere.
Parking & Bicycles
You can park your car right in front of the house on the property, and your bicycles will be safe and dry in the bike shed.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years and older) is not included in the nightly rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance for pricing details. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
Optional extras, bookable directly with the property owner for an additional fee:
- Linen package (bed linens and towels): €30.00 one-time fee per person
- Children’s package (travel crib and high chair): €39.00 one-time fee
- Bed linens: €25.00 one-time fee per person
- Towels: €10.00 one-time fee per person
- Luggage service: €38.00 one-time fee
