Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 50m² in Wenningstedt, Sylt (304571)

This non-smoking penthouse apartment, furnished with great attention to detail and located on the 3rd floor of the Dünenhof zum Kronprinzen, offers a wonderful view of the sea and a side view all the way to Westerland. The light-filled living room, which opens onto a wraparound rooftop terrace furnished with balcony furniture, features a cozy sofa bed, two comfortable TV armchairs right by the window, and a dining area with four chairs. In the hallway, there is a separate guest restroom, and the built-in closets offer plenty of storage space for personal items, suitcases, and beach gear, for example. The bedroom faces inland, so you can wake up to the sunrise every morning (when the sun is out). It features a double bed and has direct access to the bathroom, which includes a bathtub, toilet, and heated towel rack. The kitchen, with a small window, is located in the hallway between the bedroom and the living room. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, and a microwave with a grill function. A modern flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player and a radio with a CD player are available for your use. Since the building’s elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor, the penthouse is accessible only via a staircase. A free Wi-Fi hotspot (Duenenhof zum Kronprinzen—password available in the apartment—no guarantee) is available to you at no charge. Parking space No. 114 is also available to you free of charge. Apartment size: approx. 50 m².
