Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der wir uns immer wieder wohl fühlen. Badezimmer sind klein aber ansprechend und sauber. Gute Betreuung durch die Verwaltung. Sind bald wieder da!

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einzigartig, alles andere wie z.B. Größe der Badezimmer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Insgesamt wenig ansprechende Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten.

Das Übergabeverfahren mit der Sylter Verwaltung war sehr gut organisiert und völlig unkompfliziert. Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme sauber. Bei der Wohnung angekommen, stellten wir fest, das die Zugangsflure und Treppen aus unserer Sicht ungewöhnlich eng sind. Auch die Küche, die sich in einem Flur befindet, ist sehr eng. Es gibt keinen Backofen und nur eine kleine Spülmaschine. In den beiden Bädern (jew. Dusche/WC) ist es nahezu unmöglich umzufallen, da diese ebenfalls sehr eng gebaut sind. Es ibt dort auch nur kleinste Handwaschbecken. Leider gab es im Eingangsflur und im unteren WC immer wieder schlechte Gerüche Die übrige Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Es hat uns im Weiteren nichts gefehtl. Man hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die Nordsee. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut und aus unserer Sicht schnell zu erreichen.

Die Aussicht von der Wohnung ist super. Dieses Jahr hatten wir auch ein traumhaftes Wetter. Leider werden viele freie Flächen zugebaut. Etliche alteingesessene Restaurants haben aufgegeben. Die Erweiterung der Austern Company ist sehr gut geworden. Wir hoffen, daß die Insel nicht an Charm verliert, damit wir auch weiterhin gerne dort Urlaub machen. Mit dem Service der Vermietungsagentur waren wir sehr zufrieden.
