About this apartment rental
Spectacular location with ocean views. A magnificent home.
The location of your home is truly hard to beat: the beach and the ocean are just a few meters away. You’ll be living on a cul-de-sac, so there’s no traffic to disturb you. From the attic, you’ll even enjoy a small view of the sea, while the sound of the waves is ever-present. The interior of your home will also delight you: everything has been designed luxuriously and stylishly, the amenities are more than complete, and the floor plan is not only functional but also exceptionally charming.
Floor plan:
A luxurious 3-room apartment located near the beach on the upper and top floors. Approx. 83 square meters of living space for up to 5 people.
Upper Floor: Enjoy the spacious feel of your living and dining area, with plenty of light, windows, and a well-thought-out layout. The comfortable atmosphere is enhanced by high-quality furnishings and an airy, spacious design. We’ve also thought of everything for you in terms of technology: a flat-screen TV with DVD player, an iPod dock, Wi-Fi, and—to the delight of your kids—even a Nintendo Wii is available. Integrated, luxurious kitchenette with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Beautiful master bedroom with plenty of closet space, a flat-screen TV, and a double bed (180x200 cm), from which you can hear the sound of the nearby sea when the window is open—a wonderful way to fall asleep or wake up... En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Sunny south-facing balcony with patio furniture (approx. April–October).
Top Floor: From your attic area, you can catch impressive glimpses of the sea here and there through your Velux windows. This is the perfect haven for your kids, featuring two single beds (each approx. 0.9x2m), a desk, and a flat-screen TV.
Parking available on-site.
