Die Wohnung liegt optimal um Wanderungen, Radtouren, Strandläufe etc. zu unternehmen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Bei der Buchung hatte ich übersehen, dass es sich hier um eine Raucherwohnung handelt. Doch meine diesbezügliche Sorge vor Nikotingeruch hat sich nicht bestätigt. Wir haben keinen störenden Geruch festgestellt.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Geschirr, etc. ist genug vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, Strand, Geschäfte und Lokale sind gut zu erreichen. Das Bad ist relativ neu, allerdings sind das Mobiliar im Wohnzimmer, speziell der Sessel, in die Jahre gekommen. Das Doppelbett musste erstmal zu einem solchen umgebaut werden - dadurch hat man entstand eine Kante in der Mitte. Wir haben ein kleines Kind, welches schonmal in der Nacht zu Besuch kommt, daher die Anmerkung. Wir haben auch "unterschätzt", was der Hinweis "Raucherwohnung" bedeutet. Jedenfalls hat uns der Geruch schon sehr gestört, aber hier liegt der Fehler natürlich bei uns. Wir waren schon häufig auf Sylt, hatten aber noch nie ein Domizil in Wenningstedt. Daher haben wir auch erstmalig mit dem Vermieter zu tun gehabt. Die Abwicklung war einwandfrei, da gibt es nicht zu beanstanden. Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden und die Wohnung war sauber.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Lage ist super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand und im Zentrum. Von hier aus kann man viel mit dem Fahrrad oder per Fuss unternehmen, da die Wohnung in der Mitte von Sylt liegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese nur weiterempfehlen.

Meine Frau und ich haben im Juni 2021 eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung zugebracht. Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die vollständige und durchdachte Ausstattung der Wohnung. Uns hat es an nichts gefehht. Die Wohnung war sauber, liegt ruhig und man hat nur wenige Minuten Fußweg zum Strand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
