Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand. Kleiner Südbalkon, wo man ab Mittags die Sonne genießen konnte. Apartment sauber und ansprechend hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Ein kleines Problem wurde umgehend behoben.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Nachts hört man wunderbar die Wellen rauschen. Die den an Wenningstedt angrenzenden Flughafen anfliegenden Flugzeuge haben nicht gestört. Auf dem Balkon hat man von morgens bis abends Sonne. Mit 2 Personen kann man dort sitzen und durch das an der Brüstung angebrachte Tischchen auch essen.

Wunderschön ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in direkter Strandnähe. Wir haben uns hier ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt und bereits wieder für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht.

Die Wohnung ist sauber aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Heizunganlage ist sehr betagt und laut, die Heizkörper lassen sich nur schlecht regulieren. Die Fenster sind alt und zugig, das Dach nur unzureichend isoliert. Dadurch kühlt die Wohnung schnell aus.
Die Matratzen und Kissen müssen dringend erneuert werden!
Insgesamt entspricht der Zustand des Hauses nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard.
