This vacation rental offers a stunning, sweeping view of the ocean. Lovingly furnished, the 28-square-meter apartment accommodates up to 2 people.
Description
This one-room apartment accommodates up to 2 people. It is located on the 6th floor of the Olympia Hotel and is easily accessible by elevator.
From this elevated vantage point, you can overlook the entire harbor from the 6-square-meter balcony—which is furnished with a garden bench and a balcony table—and watch the ships on the Baltic Sea all day long.
In addition to a large window that opens directly onto the balcony, the light-colored walls give the apartment a welcoming feel. In addition to the double bed (160 x 200), the apartment features a dining table facing the sea, as well as a radio and TV for cozy evenings. The apartment can be darkened if needed.
The kitchenette, which adjoins the living and dining areas, is equipped for daily use. A refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment, as well as a stove and microwave, are available for your use.
In addition to a toilet and sink, the interior bathroom features a shower and ample storage space.
Special Notes
Dear guests, please understand that this is a non-smoking apartment. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.
The apartment also includes a parking space. There is also the option to store bicycles in a locked outdoor area. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building for a fee. However, we cannot guarantee their availability.
