Golf enthusiasts can enjoy their hobby on the adjacent 18-hole golf course with a view of the Baltic Sea—and, if desired, feel free to bring your four-legged friend along. In just about a 15-minute walk, you can reach the unspoiled beach with excellent swimming opportunities and seasonal beach chair rentals. The Hohen Wieschendorf Marina, featuring a yacht harbor and restaurant, is also located here. Dog owners will love the wonderful walking opportunities along the kilometer-long natural beach at Hohenwieschendorf’s Huk or the salt marshes.

The Ostseeperle 31 vacation apartment is a luxuriously furnished 2-room apartment with a balcony offering a view of the golf course and a panoramic view of the sea. The wood-burning stove in the living room adds a special touch of coziness. The living area is 61 square meters, and the apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
You’ll be welcomed by a bright and modern living area featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a sleeper sofa, providing two additional sleeping spaces (1.40 x 2.00 m).
For vacationers who prefer to prepare their own meals, the high-quality, fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living area is ideal. For shared meals, you can use the large dining table with 4 comfortable seats.

You can also enjoy relaxing moments on the seasonally furnished north/west-facing balcony.

For entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV (Smart TV), internet radio, USB ports, and free Wi-Fi.

Spend restful nights in the charmingly furnished bedroom with a box-spring double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), a dresser, and another TV (Smart TV). A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rack, and toilet rounds out the amenities.

This is a non-smoking residence. One pet is welcome for a fee. Additional pets upon request. You can park your car for free in the outdoor parking space reserved for you. The apartment is situated in a quiet, sun-drenched location between Wismar —a World Heritage Site—and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and the small marina are just a few minutes’ walk away, about 0.6 km. After a walk on the beach, enjoy the ocean view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. In the designated nature reserves, you can hear the cranes.
