All rooms are accessible at ground level without any steps, making it suitable for people with disabilities. The total area of 55 m² accommodates 4 people. A travel crib is also available. The beautiful, fully furnished living room features floor-to-ceiling windows. Adjacent to it is the partially covered terrace. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The bathroom is perfectly laid out—whether you prefer a bath or a shower, the choice is yours. They’ve even included a bidet.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in this apartment.

But you should also be able to enjoy your vacation with your dog. Explore the seasons together on long hikes around the peninsula or on a leisurely bike ride. Pets are allowed by arrangement. Exceptions to this rule are tigers, elephants, and the like.

Baltic Sea Apartments—Vacation Complex
The vacation complex consists of 16 small apartments, as well as 16 larger ones located on the upper floor. Each apartment has an assigned underground parking space that you can use free of charge. Right next to the building is a spacious playground for children, as well as a sauna for your personal well-being.
Inside the building is a table tennis room, and washing machines and dryers are available in a separate area. A fish-filleting room is available for fishing enthusiasts.

Sandy Beach, Nature, and Climate
The beach is perfect for long walks and is especially ideal for families with children, as it slopes gently into the Baltic Sea for several hundred meters. The natural beach, with its fine sand, alternates between a steep coastline and a few rocky sections. Explorers will find driftwood, sea urchins, and many interesting stones that the water reveals. And anyone who returns from a walk without pockets full of stones or shells hasn’t really been to the beach. Along the reed beds, every sunbather can find their own little sandy cove. And since the tip of the headland is home to a bird sanctuary, exciting encounters with the natural world are guaranteed. And with a camera in hand, your memories will be unforgettable.
Above the coastline, you can stroll through small woodlands with a variety of trees that provide shady spots, all while enjoying a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

Baltic Sea Vacation and Surroundings
Hohen Wieschendorf is located between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (a World Heritage Site) and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, right on the Baltic Sea (Wismar Bay). This means that HOWIDO—as it is affectionately called by the locals—is also easily accessible from the west. Hohen Wieschendorf has a beach approximately 8 kilometers long, interrupted only in the eastern section by a marina.
Just 800 meters from the Baltic Sea and the marina, this offers ideal opportunities for hiking or nature observation. While enjoying an ice cream from the local Italian restaurant, you can feel the breeze on your face and watch the boats coming and going. Hohen Wieschendorf is also an interesting destination for golf enthusiasts, as the golf course is located just 200 meters from the apartment.
It can get cold in the winter. But the shallow Baltic Sea more than makes up for it with spectacular views of frozen water. Furthermore, due to its location on a headland, the area is known for receiving little rainfall.
