To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.

The condo “glamour” is problematic. . Many large glass pieces on the floor pose a fall/breakage risk, as they are placed near sofa & dining table. Outdoor front courtyard furniture is rusty , leaving rust marks on clothing. We found the condo dirty upon arrival. Many cabinets/closets are cluttered with home owner belongings.The oven has a smell when turned on. We found a bathroom water leak near the end of our stay.
