The dining area connects to the living room and features a dining table for six. The living room has ample seating, a 65-inch Smart TV, and a wet bar. It opens through large sliders to the outdoor patio, which offers amazing views of the golf course!
OUTDOOR
The wonderful patio includes a three-burner BBQ island and a dining table for six, making it perfect for outdoor dining. You can also stay warm on cooler nights next to a fire feature with sectional seating. Community pools and spas are located less than 300 feet from the unit. All guests have access to 46 community pools, the resort pool with swim lanes, the clubhouse, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, this unit features an Athletic and Racquet Sport Membership. For a nominal daily or weekly fee, guests have access to an exclusive fitness center, spa, and tennis/pickleball facilities. Feel free to ask for more information during the booking process.

The guest bedroom offers a king bed, a large closet, a 46-inch SmartTV, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The front guest bedroom has two twin beds, and a 46-inch SmartTV, and uses the hallway bath and shower. It's perfect for overnight guests. If you would like the twin beds converted to a King, please let us know before you arrive.

Host extremely responsive and accommodating. The unit was beautiful and spotless. Especially loved the three bedroom/three bath combo. Well stocked and furnished. Location was perfect. Patio facing the golf course perfect and fire pit was lovely in the cool January evening.

We loved our stay at Palm Valley Country Club. This apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. Everything we needed was there; toiletries, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The towels and bed sheets were crisp and clean. The property itself is beautiful with sunlight all day long on the patio, and a great view of the golf course and mountains behind. The AC was a little temperamental -- but the management team sent someone in very quickly to resolve. If you want to use the gym, ensure you ask the team to activate your guest passes ahead of your stay. It took us a while to get these organised. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

This condo was a perfect place for our group to rest, fuel up, and prepare for my first Coachella festival. It is well stocked, clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to the event. We loved the decor, welcome gift and coffee station. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.
