The fully equipped kitchen opens to a cozy living area and dining space, creating a seamless flow throughout the home. Step outside to a private patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee, fire up the BBQ, or unwind with sunset views over the fairway. The bedrooms are comfortably appointed, including a primary suite with en-suite bath and plenty of closet space, making it ideal for extended stays.

Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.
Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.
