There is beautiful tiled flooring throughout the home, high vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting and convenient wireless internet access for those who like to work and play. Take a dip in the community pool and spa which is directly across the street at the end of a cul sac street.

Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Nestled in the esteemed Palm Valley country club, this property grants exclusive pay-per-use access to dining facilities and a luxurious day spa. Explore Palm Desert's renowned golf courses, just a stone's throw away, offering pristine links and breathtaking views.

Palm Valley is a private residential community. Guests must observe occupancy and parking limits, display parking permits, and follow quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pool hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM; glass, pets, and loud music are prohibited in pool areas. Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.
The primary guest will be required to review and sign Palm Valley’s Good Neighbor Guidelines at check-in, acknowledging responsibility for everyone in their party. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property.

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
