The Space:
Step inside to find a bright and open layout with high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook, dine, and unwind together. Outside, the private patio overlooks lush fairways and offers beautiful mountain views—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
The primary bedroom is a peaceful haven with a king bed, en-suite bath, and direct access to the patio. The guest bedrooms are equally inviting, perfect for friends or family. The second bedroom offers a King bed, while the third bedroom offers 2 full size beds. Other highlights include 3 full bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and an attached garage.
Guest Access:
To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Pets must remain leashed, and the private golf course may not be used for walking, biking, or other recreational activities.

We loved the location of this property and the amenities. Check in after hours went smoothly. The house was comfortable and clean. The BBQ grill is a nice bonus!

The place was nice but the air conditioning situation was lacking. Not being able to move the AC down below 75 degrees left half the house extremely hot. Too hot to sleep in the other two bedrooms. Only the master had proper AC
