Large family home, ideal for group stays, it features 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a superb south-facing terrace and a secure swimming pool. It is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable stay. (TV room (165 cm screen), PS4 games console, over 100 DVDs, internet access (fiber) and Wi-Fi, board games, foosball, etc. The exceptional view of the Monts du Forez and the Auvergne volcanoes is a real asset and is sure to charm you. The house has been completely renovated recently, with the addition of 2 new bedrooms and 2 additional bathrooms. You can also enjoy a 9 x 4 m swimming pool, offering breathtaking views of the Auvergne landscapes. Quiet and bright, the house faces due south. The village, typical of the Auvergne region, is located near many sites to discover: heritage sites, old stones, unspoiled and wild nature, all within a few kilometers. We recently changed our Airbnb account; however, you can see the comments left by our previous guests in the photos. Parking: As the house is situated on a hillside, parking is limited to one car in the immediate vicinity. Other vehicles, after unloading luggage, must be parked either on the path below or in the church square parking lot, approximately 100 meters away. Regarding towels and bed linen, two options are available: you can bring your own or we can provide it (€20 per room, payable on arrival). In the latter case, a basket is provided per room, containing: a duvet cover, a fitted sheet, pillowcases, two bath towels, and two hand towels. 🚭 This is a non-smoking property.
