1h15 from Clermont-Ferrand and 2h30 from Lyon, in a quiet and preserved environment, is the village of Domeyrat.
It is in the hamlet of Domarget that Michelle and Daniel have renovated a family home to make it a welcoming and comfortable cottage that will be the ideal pied-à-terre for holidays with family or friends!
You will enjoy a perfect location to discover life in the countryside!
On site: Possibility of many walks or bike rides from the cottage, discover the local fauna and flora, or take advantage of the large garden to rest!
A little further: Domeyrat is a village with architectural curiosities: its castle which proudly dominates the village, and where throughout the summer you will enjoy many activities that will delight young and old, its church and its bridges...
Even further: discover the gorges of the allier, the villages of Brioude, Blesle or Lavaudieu, the town of Le Puy-en Velay and its many buildings classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites...
Detailed description
On an enclosed plot of about 900m² planted with trees and flowers, stands an old house with the typical architecture of the area.
The entrance to the cottage is on a large living room with a living area and a comfortable lounge area fitted out around an old wood stove. Right next to it is a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
Also on the first floor, there is a double bedroom (bed 140x190cm) as well as a shower room/WC adapted for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor, you will find a first triple bedroom (bed 120x190cm + bed 140x190cm) with its bathroom, a second triple bedroom (3 beds 90x190cm), a double bedroom (bed 140x190cm), a dormitory with 4 beds in 90x190cm and a shower room.
An open shelter where you can park several vehicles is at your disposal.
Rates include: bed linen, towels, utilities and cleaning.

All-inclusive rates including: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however the cottage must be tidied up, the bins and dishwasher emptied, the bed linen grouped in the same place, and the sanitary facilities must be in a good state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of a reasoned and reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if a big overrun, it will be paid on site to the owners.
