A beautiful, two bedroom frontline apartment located in the popular complex of “Residencial Puerto Esrepona”, in Estepona port. It offers magnificent views directly out to sea and over the sports marina with its numerous yachts and fishing boats. The urbanisation offers a communal swimming pool along with a separate children´s pool. The apartment comprises of a lounge/dining area with air conditioning plus international channels including Sky, a high speed fibre optic internet access via Wifi is also available. The fully equipped open kitchen offers all mod-cons including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. The sunny balcony is facing south and receives sun all day long. There is an outdoor dining table with four chairs perfect for “al fresco” dining. There are two other balconies which are accessed directly from each bedroom (these balconies doors are locked with keys for security). The master bedroom has a king size bed (150x200cm) and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x190cm) with access to the family bathroom. This apartment is one of our most popular apartments due to its location it is within a few minutes’ walk of supermarkets, shops, bars, cafés, bus stops and taxi ranks plus its amazing sea and marina views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with controllable units in each room. Underground secure car parking for a small car is also included. Being only a five minute walk from the harbour, it is an ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.
