The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from pancake breakfasts to sunset seafood feasts, complete with modern appliances and all the cookware needed for your culinary adventures. The open-concept living space invites everyone to gather, laugh, and lounge together — featuring a plush new sofa that magically transforms into a queen sleeper with a dreamy gel foam mattress for extra guests. Kick back with your favorite movie on the Smart TV after a day spent chasing waves and sunshine. Just beyond the living room, the private balcony beckons with salty ocean breezes and swaying palms — the perfect perch for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, or simply soaking in the peaceful island air.
The primary suite offers a cozy queen bed designed for sweet coastal slumbers, while the cheerful guest room is a kid-approved hideaway complete with full-over-full bunk beds and a twin trundle — ideal for giggles, bedtime stories, and sandy little feet. Both bathrooms have been beautifully refreshed with stylish finishes to help you rinse away the beach day and unwind in comfort. To make your stay effortlessly easy, this condo includes private WiFi plus thoughtful starter essentials like dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, fresh bath towels, and more.

Beyond the condo itself, Hilton Head Resort is brimming with resort-style amenities designed for endless fun and relaxation. Take your pick from sparkling pools, including the outdoor heated pool at Building #1 or the indoor recreation center in Building #3 featuring a heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, indoor walking track, fitness center, sauna, steam room, and even a small arcade for a little nostalgic fun. Grab a bite at the on-site deli, sip tropical cocktails at the poolside tiki bar, or unwind at the oceanfront cabana after a day in the sun.
For active guests, the resort offers six lighted tennis and pickleball courts, a badminton court, and an oceanfront volleyball court perfect for sunset games by the sea. There’s also a grilling area for evening cookouts beneath the palms. During the warmer months, The Breeze trolley stops right at the resort every 30 minutes, making island exploring even easier. Service typically runs from March through Labor Day, operating from 1PM–10PM during the week and until 11PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
Please note: Hilton Head Resort maintains a strict NO PETS policy, though registered service animals are welcome. This is also a NON-SMOKING and NON-VAPING condo. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please let us know in advance how many car passes you’ll need (maximum of 2).

The property was nicely decorated and had plenty of sleeping space. This unit is around the outside pool which was very convenient. Close to the boardwalk to the beach. Cocos was closed The location is on the fourth floor which wasn’t in the listing so be advised. The elevator is one per building and very busy during weekends for check in and check out. We had no issues with the stairs but know that isn’t the case for others. I did attempt to message the host on VRBO ahead of time to find out what type of coffee maker was in the unit but did not get a response. It’s a Keurig. The over the counter microwave was broken and a small micro was available to use. Separate rental contract required so be on the lookout to sign it. Room ready details came about an hour before we arrived. Although the property manager stated the room number was in the contract I did not locate it. Their text response was quick. Bug spray every Friday. Came when I was in my towel and no peep hole. Unsettling since was not advised ahead of time. bar and food poolside was good/friendly service. There was a very rude man who works there telling everyone not to move the chairs. Beware of Mr Meany. We had to buy more toilet paper & paper towels. I advise the property manager to leave a bit more for weekly rentals. The space was comfortable. The kitchen was tiny but stocked. Beds were firm. beware if that is not your preference. Pillows were very lumpy and not for us. We would stay again!
