Hilton Head Island will undergo beach renourishment from September 2025 through May 2026 to help preserve the shoreline. During this time, small sections of beach (no more than 1,000 feet at a time) may be temporarily closed to pedestrian access as the project moves along. Plenty of beach will remain open and accessible for you to enjoy throughout your stay.

Very well decorated and in a great location (obviously).

The rooms were not very clean due to spider webs being in most corners of the living room/other rooms. There was no complimentary bathroom essentials even though the listing said there would be. The grill was not clean at all. Overall it was decent for the price but does not seem to be upkept very well at all. The Wi-Fi was good, there were no issues with it. Really nice neighborhood. View of the golf course was really cool.
