I spent Thanksgiving of 2025 at the condo. My family, 7 of us, traveled from NY to celebrate with with my best friend and her family, 5 of them. The condo was roomy enough for us to visit and have dinner. The owner was extremely helpful, as I overlooked some check in directions. She always answered texts and helped when I had questions, even on the holiday. I would recommend staying here.

You are not able to see the ocean from this condo, however there is a beautiful scenic walking distance "boardwalk" to the ocean . House keeping really needs to pay heightened attention to detail, it was not "filfthy" but sad the owner pays im sure good money for them to not be more thorough. The condo was perfect function for our family and our stay. The owner was exceptional in communications with me and was very prompt on 1 concern that was small. The elevator on the condo side was down but that is not to be against the owner. Property management didnt seem to make it much of a priority. It extended our walk by some distance but was fine. Exercise is important even by way of walking. Many stores and accomadations near. Wonderful resturaunts to be enjoyed. We hope to rent again on a REAL vacation next time. LOL

Check in was simple, both the property manager and owner were super communicative and helpful! The weather wasn’t great during our stay, but the beachy welcoming decor set the tone for a relaxing vacation. Conveniently located with lots of amenities.

Good location and good-sized place. WiFi password was wrong and property manager never called back. Also, the size of soap and shampoo provided was ridiculous
