Located in the sought after community of Snowcreek Phase V, this location offers a peaceful setting, with mountain range views, and snowfields and trails accessible from your back porch. In the home you'll enjoy upgraded decor, vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan living and kitchen, a gas fireplace, private laundry room, a 1 car private garage and two outdoor decks to enjoy the outdoors. On the upper level is the living room with a smart TV with cable, fireplace and large comfortable sectional. A dining space for 8 with access to the upper private deck with BBQ for grilling, and additional bar seating at the kitchen island offers a social setting for family time.
