• TVs in every room (but you don`t need TVs--you`re in Mammoth!)
• The EV charger is free to use but please avoid charging between 4pm to 9pm as rates are almost 3x during those times.
• No pets on beds or furniture. Please respect that the next guest may have an allergy.
• Maximum of 2 pets.
• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony.
• No parties.
• Turn off the fireplaces before bed. It will get very hot otherwise and unbearable to sleep. This is for your own safety.
• You are welcome to the entire place but please be respectful of locked cabinets or areas marked private. These consist of cabinets in the hallway, upstairs bathroom, and garage.

We absolutely loved this home! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and really spacious. The location and views were fantastic. It was so convenient and a big highlight of our trip being able to walk out the back door and go on wonderful hikes. It was very easy communicating with the host. We look forward to staying here again!

Property backs up to the meadow with views of the Sherwins and paths right out the door. Close to our favorite restaurant - Mammoth Tavern. We slept well in the MBR, we liked that it was on the ground floor, it stayed cool and was very quiet.

The view was amazing. Smooth and easy checkin. The rental was very clean and was well stocked with all the conveniences necessary for a five star stay.
