This spacious, light and bright 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts one of the best views in Mammoth. Gaze upon the Sherwin Mountains and Mammoth Rock while you relax and spread out in this spacious home featuring over 2,500 sq ft of space. There is plenty of seating for everyone upstairs and the living room features a flat screen TV with DVD player, cozy gas fireplace, and two separate dining areas. Cook meals with friends and family in the full deluxe kitchen. Enjoy the comforts of home with in unit washer and dryer, free WiFi, private 2-car garage, and gas grill on the back can even bring Fido as this home is pet-friendly! The master bedroom has an incredible view with private deck to enjoy your morning coffee and offers guests a King size bed, flat screen TV with DVD player, private gas fireplace and en-suite bathroom with double vanity, and even a small desk if you need to work or school remotely while on vacation. The second bedroom downstairs has a King size bed with an en-suite and private deck, and a dressing table that could also be used as a separate work station. The third bedroom on the upstairs level features a Queen bed and Mammoth Mountain facing views. The kids will love having their own bunk room with a eurostyle bunk bed with a Twin on the top, Double on the bottom, plus an additional Twin bed, and flatscreen TV with DVD player. The third full bathroom with separate vanity and dual sinks is on the top level of the home. This home is perfect for a large family or multiple families and even comes with baby gate and some kids toys. With walking trails directly from your back deck, and snow fields for the kids to play in while you watch from beside the cosy fireplace, this is a Mountain retreat made for making memories. No smoking, pets on a request basis only. The management company was very understanding when we had an issues with one of our vehicles and had to extent our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed the space. The layout was perfect for our group, which included my parents, brother and his girlfriend, my husband and I and our two kids plus two dogs. The two couples took the downstairs bedrooms and we and our kids took the upstairs. Having the open space behind the townhouse was perfect for snow play. For the most part, the kitchen was well stocked, although some dishes and such are showing their age and wear. There were many things that I think the owners should consider fixing/replacing, although I don’t really fault the owner as this unit is managed and maintained by a management company. I find when that is the case, details get missed. For example, one of the down comforters in the bunk room had some very old yet obvious blood stains. There was hair in both bathtubs upon our arrival, glass shards were found in the stacking Pyrex dishes and the garage door could use some attention. We just feel general maintenance could be improved but when the people caring for the property aren’t the owners, less pride tends to show through. Having said all that, we would definitely stay here again.
