About this apartment rental
This beautiful property features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is located in the quiet community of the highly sought after Snowcreek Phase V. Enjoy sweeping mountain views off the back deck complete with gas grill, or watch a movie on the flatscreen TV and cozy up next to the gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen and living room feature vaulted ceilings and an open floorplan.
The master bedroom upstairs features a King bed, flatscreen TV and en-suite full bathroom. The second master bedroom is located downstairs and also features an attached private bathroom, Queen bed, flatscreen TV and outdoor access to the downstairs deck with mountain views. The third bedroom is perfect for singles and is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (4 Twin beds in total) and a flatscreen TV. There is a hallway bathroom and separate laundry room with no wet ski clothes in the morning!
This home offers a private 1-car garage with driveway parking for another vehicle. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options.

Overall a good property. The heat is an issue in the house. Hot upstairs and freezing downstairs where bedrooms and my kids were. They had to sleep in their sweatshirts. Had to call for facecloths and dish towels. Only had 6 drink glasses.

Unit was nice and well equipped but the carpets and furniture needed a good and thorough steam cleaning. All else was fine, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the accommodations. Thank you

We love going to mammoth and visit a few times a year. Usually stay a week at a time. We try to land in Snowcreek as we like the the condos in that area and also like the ability to cook our own meals. So we focus on the kitchen set up (and laundry). This condo was generally acceptable however it had a very distinct smell to it when we entered. It's interior decor felt like it had been thrown together from old loose ends of another house (definitely not mountain inspired). As for the was not well appointed whatsoever...Again, just hodgie-podgie. Disappointed so much that we opted to not cook in and found ourselves eating out every night and just made easy breakfast meals. It had good sleeping capacity (if you need beds for 8). Garage parking is always a perk. As is a washer and dryer. Overall, I found it to be expensive for what it was and will pursue other units on my next visit. Room for improvement indeed.
