Snowcreek Phase V #793 is a stunning two-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome with breathtaking views and a private attached one-car garage. Located in the highly desirable Snowcreek V community, this home comfortably sleeps up to 8 people and is just a short walk from the free town shuttle. It's also pet-friendly, accommodating up to two dogs.


This updated mountain retreat offers a bright and cozy upstairs living space, complete with a gas fireplace and unique, panoramic views of Mammoth Mountain, the Sherwin Mountain Range, and expansive meadowlands, visible from three balconies. Whether your Mammoth holiday includes skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, or simply relaxing, this immaculate home guarantees a memorable stay.


The upper level features a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, an en-suite full bathroom (with shower and tub), a private deck, and a 60-inch LG Smart TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. The dining room seats eight people at the dining table, and the fully equipped kitchen includes three bar stools at the bar. The living room boasts a gas log fireplace, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV, a reclining sectional sofa, and access to a private deck with a gas BBQ grill.


On the lower level, bedroom two includes a queen bed, a 50-inch LG Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub. Bedroom three offers a bunk bed (queen, twin, and a twin trundle pull-out), a 40-inch TV, a Blu-ray player, and access to an exterior deck. There is also a full bathroom in the hall just outside of bedroom three, as well as a laundry room equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer. The private attached garage accommodates one car, with space for two more in the driveway. Additional guest parking is available around the community on a first-come, first-served basis.


This 1,500-square-foot home features new hardwood floors, upscale amenities, and newer appliances throughout. The exterior decks offer amazing views of Mammoth Mountain, the Sherwin Mountains, and Mammoth Rock. The private garage measures 83 inches high by 94 inches wide by 236 inches deep. Guests can enjoy the Phase 5 hot tub, just a short walk away, and in the winter months, snow sledding is available on the hill behind the property. Other amenities include cable TV, free WiFi.

Great locationCoupe of things to noteShould have extra towels and towels for the spa, no dryer sheets, no dishwasher pods(specially says not to use liquid and liquid is under the sink?), more cleaning supplies, could have been cleaner (hair in master sheets and comforter, floors in kitchen and bathroom could use more attention to cleaning look around stove and corners.We still enjoyed the unit and the stay. When spending this amount of money expectations run higher.

We had a wonderful time at this property. There was more than adequate room for our family of 5. It was stocked with everything we needed and had spectacular views from the deck. The garage was perfect for storing the bikes.
