Villa Marciana is a splendid house by the sea for 10 people set between Procchio and Marciana Marina on the island's north-western coast, , in a delightful panoramic position with a view of the Gulf of Procchio all the way to Capo Enfola and the charming "Paolina" cove.
The house has a large panoramic terrace equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs, which allow you to enjoy every moment in the open air, listening to the sound of the waves.
It is surrounded by a garden of over 10,000 m2 and has private access to the sea.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, the other single bedroom and another bathroom. On the first floor a panoramic terrace/solarium.
