The living room leads to a separate sleeping area comprising a space with a single bed and a bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the upper level, where there is a double bed. More intimate than the other bedrooms, this accommodation may be particularly suitable for a family or a small group seeking greater independence. The upper floor accommodates three additional bedrooms: a triple bedroom, a twin bedroom and a double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom. A further bathroom serving the other bedrooms is located on the same floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests in total. Outside, guests can enjoy an extensive garden surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, a covered area equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation, a barbecue, an outdoor shower and private parking within the property. The property caretaker lives in a separate, independent annex. He is responsible for maintaining the garden and, subject to prior arrangement, is available to provide additional housekeeping and cleaning services.
