Bello il giardino e la piscina, proprietari molto simpatici, ambiente tranquillo per una vacanza familiare. Patio recintato per il cane, ma disponibili a lasciarla girare in giardino.

Cucina molto buia, scarno nell'allestimento.

Come a casa ma in campagna

Appartamento pulitissimo e funzionale. La posizione strategica e il giardino con piscina curato ed ordinato. Bagno grande e comodo. Terrazza super da cui si vede il mare.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub!

Emanuele hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr tierfreundlich! Hunde sind sehr willkommen. Es gibt eine Dog Dusche, was einiges nach dem Strand erleichtert hat! Der Pool wird jeden Morgen sauber gemacht und gut gepflegt. Und wurde vormittags kaum von anderen benutzt. Es gibt eine kleine Poolbar. Der Garten ist sehr ordentlich und hübsch angelegt. Bis zum Strand sind es 5 min mit dem Auto. Die Wohnung, wir hatten Mare, die größte mit 2 Schlafzimmern, war sauber, wenn auch sehr veraltet. Im Haus selber war es ruhig. In Booking wird es als Haus angeboten aber es ist nur eine Wohnung! Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Überdachter Parkplatz. Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.

Das Haus liegt an der Straße und man hört den Straßenlärm! Die Ausstattung/ Möbel sollte erneuert werden. Vor allem die Küche sollte renoviert werden. Aber wenn man oft in Italien ist kennt man es ja mit der Ausstattung. Achtung die Tigermücken stechen schnell und gnadenlos, da können natürlich die Vermieter nichts zu.

Bellissimo agriturismo immerso nel verde

Posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde, e comodissima per raggiungere i punti di interesse (spiaggia, parco archeologico di Baratti ecc). A 5 minuti da tutti i servizi. Struttura perfetta per famiglie con bimbi piccoli, con grande giardino e tutti i comfort. Host gentilissimo e molto professionale.

Anlage nicht empfehlenswert, die Gegend war sehr schön, tolles Restaurant fußläufig.

Schön war der Pool und allgemein der Garten war gepflegt, sehr hundefreundlich ausgerichtet

Ich hatte eigentlich ein Haus gebucht mit zwei Zimmern. Als wir ankamen gab es gar kein einzelnen Haus in der Anlage. Das Appartement war muffig und karg eingerichtet und die Mitbenutzung der Terrasse mit anderen Gästen war impliziert. Nachdem ich darauf hingewiesen hatte, dass wir doch ein Haus gemietet hätten und wir Privatsphäre möchten bekamen wir ein noch kleineres aber gemütlicheres und separates Appartement zugewiesen mit nur einem Schlafzimmer. Kein Nachlass oder Geldausgleich für kleinere Wohnung erhalten. Meiner Meinung nach Täuschung des Vermieters, dass es ein einzelnes Haus in der Anlage gibt.
