About this house rental
A lake house really does not get any better than this! Our home is situated on the quiet end of the Colorado River with an amazing private view of the private ranch and green space across the lake. The house has a master suite with a king bed and adjoining bathroom, guest room with a queen bed and the second bath is in the hallway. The kids loft upstairs is closed off to the rest of the house and has 4 twin XL beds that each have a trundle bed under, so the loft can sleep 8. We have a dock with an extra boat slip that is available for use with pre-approval and a security deposit.

The location is excellent. Check in was fast. Communication and instructions were great. Cleanliness was below standard and there were only 2 washcloths in the whole house. More were ordered and arrived on the last day of our stay. No place to hang clothes in the bedrooms.

This place was perfect! It’s just outside a busy portion of the but close enough to town for groceries. This was our first time in the area but we will definitely be back!

We spent most of our time on the dock or on the big porch. They both had multiple fans, which was great to combat the heat. The house is on a relatively quiet part of the lake, with little boat traffic which was nice for swimming.
