About this house rental
Family friendly Lake House on tranquil protected part of the lake.
Large back porch overlooking the lake.
Large fire pit area with hammock.
Large dock with stairs into the water.
This part of the lake has no boat traffic so you can enjoy peace of mind while kayaking and paddle boarding.
Fenced in yard with child proof gates.
Boat ramp access down the street with day slips available from Heart of Texas resort.
main floor has two master suites with King beds and full bathrooms. One of these rooms has a sleeper chair and large closet with a pack and play for a baby.
Main floor also has the main open living, kitchen dinning space and a half bath.
Upstairs has a second TV room with ping pong table, Keyboard Piano, a bunk room with two bunks and two sleeper chairs, total capacity of bunk room is 6.
The is an additional large bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed, a sleeper chair and a desk and chair.
*Includes access to the following equipment:
7 adult stand up paddle boards
2 adult kayaks
2 kids stand up paddle boards
3 kids kayaks
various life jackets and fishing equipment (fishing equipment may be tangled).
Driveway Pickleball (stored in the hall closet)
cornhole (on front porch),
giant Jenga (in the fishing cabin).

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home that met exactly what we needed, nice fenced yard and easy river access that was calm during our trip without wakes from boat/jet ski traffic.

Good communication. Beautiful home with excellent layout. Would want more supplies if we come back (handsoap, linens, kitchenware) and would like more cleanliness. Owner was very open to our input.
