This part of the lake has no boat traffic so you can enjoy peace of mind while kayaking and paddle boarding.
Fenced in yard with child proof gates.
Boat ramp access down the street with day slips available from Heart of Texas resort.
main floor has two master suites with King beds and full bathrooms. One of these rooms has a sleeper chair and large closet with a pack and play for a baby.
Main floor also has the main open living, kitchen dinning space and a half bath.
Upstairs has a second TV room with ping pong table, Keyboard Piano, a bunk room with two bunks and two sleeper chairs, total capacity of bunk room is 6.
The is an additional large bedroom upstairs with a Queen bed, a sleeper chair and a desk and chair.
*Includes access to the following equipment:
7 adult stand up paddle boards
2 adult kayaks
2 kids stand up paddle boards
3 kids kayaks
various life jackets and fishing equipment (fishing equipment may be tangled).
