Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, an expansive open-plan living area, a separate lounge/TV room, drinks room, and a fabulous outdoor entertaining area complete with a swimming pool. Whether you`re relaxing or entertaining, this property has it all. Ideally located within easy reach of the CBD, and just a short stroll from Parnell’s vibrant High Street. Hobson Bay Walking Track is also right on your doorstep!
Spread over two levels, this beautifully designed home offers both comfort and space. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area, a separate TV lounge, a dedicated drinks room, a full bathroom, and a laundry.
Upstairs, you`ll find four generously sized bedrooms. The Master suite includes a luxurious super-king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a private ensuite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have super-king beds, while Bedroom 4 is fitted with a comfortable queen bed.
Step outside from the main living area onto a sunny patio, perfect for entertaining. Enjoy outdoor dining with a BBQ, relax on the sun loungers, or unwind in the covered lounge area beside the swimming pool.
Ample off-street parking is available on the private driveway, offering added convenience during your stay.
Nestled just minutes from the CBD, Parnell is where heritage charm meets modern luxury. Stroll along the tree-lined streets and explore boutique shops, art galleries, and some of the city`s finest cafés and restaurants. From upscale dining to hidden local gems, Parnell is a foodie’s delight.

Parnell high street is a 15 minute walk from the property. There are plenty of buses available into the CBD and other surrounding suburbs from St Stephens Road (7mins walk).
We require our guests to be considerate and mindful of noise, particularly during quiet hours, 10pm – 7am.
Strictly no parties or large gatherings. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host`s decision
Be respectful towards the house and neighbour`s, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host`s decision regardless of policy and booking in place.
If excess rubbish has been left onsite or the rubbish collection was missed, we may have to charge a $100 rubbish removal fee depending on whether I need to get a handyman to remove.
PET POLICY:
Pets with prior approval
$300 pet fee per booking.
Poo to be picked up and bagged up before going into the rubbish bin
Pets not allowed on furniture
Pets to be kept under control and not disturb Neighbours
Pets not to be left alone at home for extended periods (more than 3hrs)
Guests are liable for any and all any damages by the pet including but not limited to will not scratch the doors/walls, urinating of pooing inside, staining carpets or rugs or furniture, leaving a doggy smell in the house, chewing furniture, digging holes in the garden or other things that dogs can do to damage property.
