Some units feature private terraces with views of the surrounding hills, perfect for admiring the sunset over the sea. A private parking area is available for guests. About 1000 meters away is Patresi beach, where the characteristic seaside kiosk welcomes visitors with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a snack bar, just a few steps from the picturesque Punta Polveraia lighthouse. It includes a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table and double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a four-door wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a bathroom with shower box. The covered veranda allows guests to dine outdoors in connection with the shared external area. Amenities include washing machine, TV, hairdryer, barbecue and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning is not available. Pets are allowed with a €50 supplement. Bed linen and towels are available on request at a cost of €20 per person.
