The house is located in a unique position with an amazing view of the seaside and the islands and surrounded by an exclusive garden and the nature. In a quiet and silent setting, the house stands out for a panoramic terrace from which you can enjoy unsurpassed and suggestive sunsets over the sea and the islands of Capraia and Corsica, and typical scents of the Mediterranean scrub and the garden of tamarisk and oleanders, pittosporum and geraniums.
The closest beach is Cotoncello (400 mt.) which can be easily reached on foot from the municipal road and then on a path. It is a small free sandy beach suitable for children surrounded by granite rocks.
The beach of Sant'Andrea equipped with umbrellas and boat, dinghy and canoe rental, is about 1 km from the house following the asphalt road or internal paths in about 15 minutes. For those arriving by car, the house has a private parking.

This is a magical place with an amazing view, all well équiped and communication with the owner is fast and efficient. If you are Looking for a place in the middle of nature and quiet. This is the place. And you can Really disconect as the internet network is not super good. We will surely come back !

We had a nice stay as family, no disturbance from mobile phones because there is almost no cellular network there. The access to the parking lot is quite steep and might not fit for all cars, which should be considered, other parking is hard to find.
We felt very welcomed with the hosts, who spoke italian and german.
