L’appartamento si trova all interno delle mura del villaggio di Marciana ricco di charme. É spazioso, funzionale, la terrazza antistante é un vero valore aggiunto. É molto calmo, si é accolti da una signora molto gentile.
Trovandosi all interno delle mura di questo bellissimo villaggio antico non vi si puo accedere direttamente con la macchina : per raggiungere l’appartamento ci sono delle scale, quindi bisogna viaggare leggeri, le valigie con le ruotine non sono utili, meglio un bello zaino.

The localisation is quite good, the restaurants are close. The town is very pretty.
First of all, the apartment looks different than on the pictures. The pictures are so tweaked you can't believe them. It's more filthy and dark. I post some pictures below to show what's the difference. Also we didn't get the terrace that we saw in the pictures. Our view of the sea was blocked by plants. But we could still see the mountains so it was kind of ok.
Forget about having a parking place, you have to search for a parking spot for 15-30 minutes every day and mostly you have to park on risky offsides of the road.
The owner was kind of ok, but he didn't speak english. BUT that's not the biggest issue.
Every day, every night you could SMELL THE SEWERS. During breakfast and dinner, when you went to sleep. It's horrible to inhale sewage from like 10-15 other apartments going below your windows.
